Culture at IKEA of Belgium, is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist (Payroll Specialist). At IKEA Belgium, you will work in a truly international and dynamic environment. You will have different opportunities to learn new skills and where the goal always is to create a better everyday life for the many people.To be successful as Total Rewards Specialist, you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards. An outstanding payroll specialist should also have excellent people skills and a high numerical aptitude. We´d like to see that you - Have an bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent education or market experience preferred.- For this role we believe you need minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll preferably from a large scale company.- Solid knowledge of Belgian Social Legislation Laws- Are self-driven, able to work independently and are motivated in finding new solutions, but also like collaborating in a team.- Have proven experience in a payroll in a fast-paced environment required.- Possess strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications- particularly in Excel.- Are structured and organized with a hands-on approach - you make things happen in a simple way.
- Feel passion for people and business and like to work in a complex, constantly changing, international environment.
- Are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and good level of English.
