Prospecting and determining clients' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements;
appraising product packaging changes. Actively recommends and helps in obtaining necessary certifications Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses;
answering questions andrequests. Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing. Completes market operational requirements by scheduling technical trainings of employees and third party salespeople of new products;
following up on work results. Maintains product management results by counselling and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising sales results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Prospects, initiates and follows up new sales projects in the market in a progressive, consistent and structural way Master Degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or other related field 5-10 years' experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing, preferably in building related materials Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking with a ‘Hunter' profile Diplomatic skills, able to interact both with Marketing and Sales management in HQ, as well as maintaining contact with sales-teams in the field. Strong drive, showing a lot of energy and enthusiasm who can persist Strategic thinker who never loses a hands-on mentality Strong analytical thinking, with technical interest Problem solving to meet deadlines and handling pressure Fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch, other languages are a plus We offer a competitive remuneration package within an international, dynamic environment.
