Xquisit - Functional Analyst Mainframe

As a Functional/Technical Analyst, you are part of the team related to Mainframe.


Responsibilities
Translates business requirements into functional requirements, containing acceptance criteria
Defines functional specifications
Provides support during the implementation of the solution
Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the client's requirement
Communicates in a clear, concise manner (both in analysis and via other channels)
Ensures quality assurance of the final product by conducting tests and validations

Skills
Completed degree in computer science or a similar field
Extensive knowledge of Mainframe, Cobol, DB2 and IMS
At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
Profound knowledge BPMN and UML
Fluent in English, French and Dutch both orally and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in analyzing business processes and systems
Ability question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
Experience in drafting functional specifications and defining requirements
Will work (at least) 2 days in the offices, located in Brussels
