The fonction

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Responsible for the IT Managed Services &
project delivery division
Responsible for Change management, quality assurance, performance and continuity of IT services
Preparing, participating and in charge of the IT Changes for both internal and main customers
Participate in Implementing &
managing IT Governance
Providing leadership to team leads, Service Managers, project managers and system engineers
Customer management:
spotting opportunities at customer and insure that Sales address them
Participate in people performance management and helping define development plans

Requirements
5 to 10 years in an ICT Operations/Delivery related experience
Technical knowledge on IT infrastructure &
Operations:
hosting (cloud / On-Prem), networking, security and modern workplace
Knowledgeable on ITSM / ITIL operational phase:
Incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, availability management, service fulfilment, service catalogue, release management
Experienced with vendor and supplier management
Attentive to future growth of the team and technology changes
Analytical approach
Strong people management skills

The offer
Salary 5500-7000 euro based on seniority + extra legal package including company car, meal vouchers, NET expenses, insurance package, etc
