We are currently looking for a Support Engineer L2 for one of our good customer.
If you have the right skills we can easely get you an interview with the customer !
Location :
Near Courtrai
Duration :
No end (Open to freelance)
Language :
English (High preference for someone speaking Dutch or French and English)
Remote :
Flexible (On site is highly prefered but Full remote could potentialy be possible)
Context
The customer need someone to reinforce the team in order to resolve issues.
You will be the link between L1 and L3. Your role will be to solve tickets that L1 didnt arrive to resolve.
Skills
8 years of experience as Support Engineer
At least 3 years of experience as Support Engineer L2
Preference for someone that as 8 years of experience in L2
