For one of our partner with is a leader in airspace management, we are looking for an Air Traffic Project Manager.


Context

As the Senior Project Manager, you are entrusted with spearheading the transformation of Belgium's air traffic control system through the implementation of a groundbreaking shared database service among air navigation service providers. Leading a team of adept project managers, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our project portfolio, fortifying our commitment to uninterrupted service availability and operational optimization.


Responsabilities

Your responsibilities encompass the meticulous drafting of project plans, meticulously coordinating multidisciplinary expertise, and overseeing the meticulous execution of each project.
Post-implementation, you assume the mantle of ensuring seamless integration into daily operations through meticulous follow-up and formal handover procedures.

Your adeptness extends to crafting comprehensive communication strategies, facilitating efficient information dissemination across formal and informal channels. Your succinct reports to management serve as critical insights into project status and progression.


Profile
5 years' experience in ATM project management
Master's degree, you epitomize expertise in navigating complex project landscapes. Your proficiency in technical comprehension, coupled with impeccable analytical acumen, ensures adept problem-solving and decision-making prowess.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English further underscores your versatility, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse stakeholders and enhancing organizational cohesion.
