We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager (Freelancer) to join our team in Herent (Leuven). This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote Construction Hub’s services.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Event Coordination:
    Organize and coordinate job fairs and other industry events, ensuring successful participation and engagement.

  • Content Collaboration:
    Work closely with industry partners to create compelling publireportages and other content that highlights Construction Hub’s expertise and value proposition.

  • Negotiation:
    Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.

  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or construction sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English;
    French is a plus.
