As part of their international development, our client is recruiting :

Country Manager (1)
- Location :
The Netherlands
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior management role within an industry-leading company in the solar inverter business.
- Extensive experience in the residential PV and ESS markets.
- Proficiency in English;
knowledge of Dutch and/or French is highly desirable

HR Head (Director) (1)
- Location :
Germany OR France
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a multi-national company.
- Strong knowledge of European labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

HR Manager (2)
- Location :
Germany and France
- Manage local HR operations, ensuring alignment with group-level strategies.
- Support local recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

Accounting Manager (2)
- Location :
Germany and France

Administration (3)
- Location :
Germany, The Netherlands and France
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at subsidiary office.
- Support local HR, finance, and operational teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure efficient office operations, including facilities management and procurement.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

IT System Administrator (1)
- Location :
Germany
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in a multi-national company.
- Proven experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and IT security practices.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

Marketing Manager (3)
- Location :
Germany, The Netherlands and France
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products across Europe.
- Organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities ;
manage social media, digital marketing, and branding efforts.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

Logistics Specialist (3)
- Location :
Germany, The Netherlands and France
- Manage local logistics operations, including central or local warehouses, and distribution ;
manage international transport and logistics from China to Europe.
- Coordinate with central logistics to ensure smooth operations ;
optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.

Product Manager (3)
- Location :
Germany, The Netherlands and France
- Experience in hardware or software product development, product management, technical sales, system integration, engineering, etc. related to solar inverter (micro inverter, string inverter, hybrid inverter, etc.), or battery energy storage systems.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of photovoltaic system integration, especially electrical and mechanical design of solar inverter.
- Fluency in English. German, French or Dutch is a plus.
