Ntt Data - Senior Functional Analyst

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Functional Analyst for a public company in Brussels. This role can be performed hybrid between the office and homeworking.


Role

The Functional Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner, domain experts, end-users and the development team to ensure early and continuous delivery of valuable software.

He/she/they will help the company to maximise the impact of the development team
Understand the company's product vision
Communicate the vision to the team
Identify opportunities
Define and communicate objectives.
Participate in co-creation workshops with end-users, business experts and the development team.
Responsible for providing user stories that are "
Just good enough"
to discuss with the development team.

Supports the company in change management and the deployment of new functionalities
Obtain feedback from users (forms / metrics / analyses / ...).
Communicating (training / webinar / application integration / etc.).
Identifies and initiates other activities deemed necessary for the delivery of effective and usable solutions.
A demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in IT projects is requested, as well as recent experience of working in an Agile Scrum context.

Recent and demonstrable experience in working in the government context is clearly an asset.
