Ntt Data - Senior Fullstack Java Developer

NTT Data is currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer for one of our clients in the public sector based in Brussels.


Context
The client is looking to strengthen its Scrum team.
The team was created as part of the BPR projects launched in 2022. It is responsible for BPR Admissibility. The mission is to identify problems and opportunities in the unemployment eligibility process and to implement modern solutions (Angular / Java / ...) that will gradually replace the Mainframe and its satellite applications.
Objectives:
Reduce the time taken to process applications by 30%.
Significantly reduce the integration time for new agents
Gradually move away from the Mainframe

Profile
The client is looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer for this mission with a demonstrable Java development experience of at least 10 years and more than 15 years in IT projects.
You have demonstrable experience in coaching junior developers of a development team and introducing Agile methodology. In this sense, Scrum master certification is also required.
You have demonstrable experience of integrating services via REST interfaces. You also have demonstrable experience of developing in C# and .NET.
You have recent and demonstrable experience in working out architectures.
Recent and demonstrable experience in a government context is a plus.
