Nsi - Project Manager

Context

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects:
establish the scope, planning and budget and manage them, i.E. anticipate and report. We're looking for someone with experience of managing projects to develop administrative management solutions.

Duo management with a Project Manager present for a team of +/- 25 IT staff.


Tasks
In collaboration and consultation with the various SPOC's concerned, regularly monitoring the implementation of projects in terms of development, infrastructure and production launch, in terms of time, budget and quality, and reporting back to the customer. On the basis of sound analysis, propose the necessary measures.
Document and report on the progress of the project and any problems encountered
Organise the go-live
Take the necessary steps to resolve the problems identified (simplify problem resolution, propose solutions, etc.) and discuss these solutions with the customer manager, the technical Project Manager and the customer
Deal with change requests:
analyse the consequences, propose solutions and discuss them with the Customer Manager, the Technical Project Manager and the customer
Allocate activities scrupulously and check allocations
Ensuring communication between the parties involved in the project, motivating them to participate and stimulating teamwork
Manage the project group's resources

Experience
At least 12 years' experience as a Project Manager for application development project .
Technologies:
API, Java...
Strong in communication (bilingual French/Dutch)/planning and with an interest in project content.
