The Logistics Administrator will be part of the Logistics Department based in the European Head office in Belgium, Oudenaarde. They will report to the Supervisor Billing &
Pricing.



Key Responsibilities



  • Primary task:
    create and maintain customer master data in SAP for wholesale, retail and e-commerce.
  • Support return handling administration.
  • Support customer claims administration.
  • Support the distribution administration team on ad hoc basis.



Applicants should ideally:



  • Be proficient in Windows and MS Office applications (Excel and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Continuously pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be proficient in English.
  • Be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
  • Show the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Be flexible.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
