As an International Key Account Manager - Retail, you will play a key role in driving continued growth. #KEYACCOUNTMANAGER #KAM #KEYACCOUNT #SALES #FOOD #PRIVATELABEL #RETAIL #BELGIUM #INTERNATIONAL Your as an International Key Account Manager - Retail Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy. Build and maintain a strong network of relationships, both internally and externally, to meet the needs of customers (Retail F1) and propose process optimizations. Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities. In close collaboration with Product and Category Management, create and present sales stories, using market data and insights. Lead negotiations (with purchasing groups) and close deals with customers. Monitor and analyze performance data from various sources, share your findings, and make appropriate recommendations. Stay up-to-date on in-store and online trends, price changes, and new product launches in the market. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within Retail Private Label. Experience in branded label, food, FMCG, Category Management, Product Management is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. German is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
