Halian - Test Engineer

Mission Context

Ensure the testing activity by defining the test strategy, creating test cases, executing them, and reporting outcomes. including a close collaboration with the project team.


Function Description
Elaborate on a comprehensive test strategy.
Provide effort estimations and plan test activities.
Collaborate with functional analysts and developers to define requirements and designs.
Prepare test conditions and execute them, reporting any issues.
Automate specific test conditions.
Provide status reports.

Specifics for Agile Testing
Provide and execute just-in-time test cases for the current sprint.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint review meetings.

Required Experience/Knowledge
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience (Mandatory):
Able to elaborate test scripts and execute tests.
Experience with test automation tools and test reporting tools (e.G., Cucumber, Gherkin, SoapUI).
Technical Experience (Preferable):
Ability to read Java code.
Business Experience (Preferable):
Practical experience with Scrum.
Knowledge of the Invest domain.
