I have an interesting freelance opportunity with one of our client in the Energy sector

They are looking for a Support Digital Workplace.


Requirement for the opportunity
1 year mission and can be renewed (2 years missions)
Start date ASAP
Languages:
French C2 - English B1 nice to have
3 days on site

Tasks
Guarantee support to users of the Digital Workplace (Windows10) in accordance with the technical specifications
User support
Handle requests for interventions, incidents and information in the context of the use of the Digital - Workplace (incident management and request management)
Stop at the appropriate support level if resolution is not possible within a reasonable time frame
Prepares, delivers and configures equipment.
Supporting users in using their workstation upon their arrival
Software installation/uninstallation
Coordinates moves, cabling &
equipment removals withthe team concerned.
Management of the CMDB (Asset Management)
Write and update operational procedures as well as application instructions.
Analyze recurring incidents and propose solutions or escalate the problem to Service Management

Very good knowledge in
Good knowledge of deployment / packaging tool (Intune) - Must have
Good knowledge of Windows 10 - Must have
Proven experience in Staging / Imaging / deployment of desktops &
Laptops - Must have
Demonstrated experience as digital workplace support in an ICT Senior infrastructure environment (5.00 years) Must have
Experience in level 1 and 2 user support monitoring - Must have
Proven experience in a similar business context (number of users >
2000) - Must have
Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications - Must have
