Strive to optimise the efficiency of available resources (drivers, trucks and capacity), taking into account priorities and constraints, such that the customer and employer are satisfied.

- Collection of data on transport orders;
- Entry of transport orders in the proprietary system;
- Planning of trips;
- Outsourcing transport assignments to subcontractors;
- Confirming ordersto the client;
- Assigning transport assignments to drivers according to priorities and available resources;
- Follow-up of assignments, both during and after execution;
- Completing the necessary documents to enable the execution of the trip planning.

We're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a Freight Forwarding role within Road transportation;
- You can speak andwrite fluently in Dutch and English;
- Knowledge of proprietary operational procedures and Transport Management System
