Finance Administrator

Your basic key responsibilities are:

• 
  
• Daily posting of supplier invoices from our Far East vendors;
  Perform the relevant control with the purchase order;
  Report discrepancies tothe purchasing and/or plant department;
  
  
• Daily posting of plant maintenance and repair invoices
  
• Follow up of plant investments;
  posting of related invoices;
  Closing investments projects;
  Posting of constructionin progress to Fixed Asset accounts.
  

Cost accounting is part of the finance function and reports to the VP finance Europe. The cost accounting department is involved in the daily operation of the plants accounting and focuses more specifically on the costings of our products, the bill of material, variable and fixed plant overhead, RM and FG inventory accounting, inventory valuation, budget follow-up, reporting, and forecasting.

If you are strong with figures and work accurately, then you are the candidate we are looking for. A degree in accounting is a plus but not a requirement.

Additional skills that can bring value are:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Multilingual with proficiency in Dutch and English
  
• Be open-minded, good team player
  
• Able to work independently
  
• Preferably familiar with SAP FI, MM environment
