More than 7 years of experience in configuring and using the LMS SAP SuccessFactors as a Configuration Consultant (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams, ... and the logic behind it).
Preferably, certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning).
Passionate analyst;
the satisfaction of internal customers is essential.

Additional requirements
An eye for good documentation and can write and explain (train) qualitative guidelines and instructions.
Dare to challenge the business requirements with the goal to create simplification in the LMS.
Are organized and manage your priorities effectively.
