My client is a leading Utilities organisation in the centre of Brussels searching for a strong Data/Business Intelligence Analyst on an initial 12 month contract with plenty of scope for extension.

Minimum 3-5 Years experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Dutch speaking - Bonus (not a necessity)
1-2 Days onsite per week, rest remote
Key responsibilities

Performance Analysis:
Monitor the correct execution of the day-to-day commercial processes and proactively identify and react on potential problems.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the companys commercial performance metrics (e.G. value capture, revenue per product, customer bidding behaviour,...).
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights that could lead to enhanced commercial performance.
Perform competitive benchmarking.
Validate monthly Sales invoices.
Financial Modelling:
Develop and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Provide financial insights to support commercial negotiations and decision-making related to auction strategy, new products, ancillary service tenders...).
Reporting and Data Warehouse:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on commercial performance and relevant market information to internal stakeholders (e.G. Management Committee, Board of Directors...).
Deliver the recurring external reports (e.G. imbalance reporting)
Provide Finance with the monthly revenue forecasts.
Provide ad-hoc reporting on the results of important auctions.
