E-Resourcing - Test Coordinator

We are looking for a Test Coordinator in the context of various ICT projects, related to the website/customer zone.


Context

(Technical) projects related to an existing customer zone/website
Test execution via MS Azure DevOps

Integration with edge systems (including an ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics365 and UMAX365)


Tasks as test coordinator
Drawing up test plans and planning in line with the test strategy;
Making appointments for the scheduling of system, integration and acceptance tests;
Alignment of the test periods with the tests of related projects and with the test activities at sector level, in consultation with the overarching test manager;
Managing multiple test teams;
Setting priorities within the assigned test teams, in consultation with the overarching test manager;
Preparation oftest plans with the necessary test scenarios per tester;
Briefing to the testers of agreements and rules;
Organization, guidance and daily follow-up of the tests;
Follow-up of defect logging;
Progress reporting and reporting of the test results for the tests under his responsibility;
Follow-up and guidance of the testing of resolved issues, before they are transferred to the live environment;
Status reporting to the overarching test manager, program management and steering committee;
He/she reportsto the overarching test manager;

Profile requirements
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in testing business applications including transaction systems and integrations with related systems (incl. defining and following up test scenarios, test cases, test data and test environment and drawing up test plans);
Demonstrable experience in areas of expertise related to quality control;
Demonstrable experience in leading or supervising extensive cross-functional teams;
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with quality management tools;
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in supervising business acceptance tests;
Language requirement:
Dutch-speaking at European CEFR - level C2;
ISTQB certificate is a plus;
Knowledge of/experience with the use of MS Azure DevOps;
Knowledge of the public sector is a plus;
A hands-on, proactive attitude is necessary;
