E-Resourcing - Project Manager

Requirements for the role
Demonstrable experience in capturing and analyzing functional needs of the business
Demonstrable experience in projects related to IoT in an industrial environment
Proven experience with agile project methodology
Demonstrable experience with BPM tools (e.G. Bizagi)
Proven experience with large mission-critical applications
Proven experience in translating business needs into functional requirements
Proven experience with system integrations and data management
Demonstrable experience with training methodologies
Communication- and customer-oriented, preferably through demonstrable preparation/training
Experience with database management systems:
SAP HANA, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Experience with MicroServices-based IoT architecture:
serverless (AWS Lambda, ...), REST APIs, containerization, ...
Experience with network protocols:
TCP, UDP, (S)FTP(S)
Be familiar with IoT/IIoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP, CoAP,...), interface standards (NGSI, ...) and connectivity options (NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRaWAN, Sigfox, ...)
Language requirement:
Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2

Technical requirements
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
Demonstrable experience in technical environments in which the projects are situated.
Communication- and customer-oriented, preferably through demonstrable preparation/training.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects or development projects
Of which at least 5 years of experience in leading and supervising projects with total budgets of at least 1000K EUR.
Ability to oversee multiple individual projects, and to steer and optimize the substantive connections between the various projects - Language requirement:
Dutch at European CEFR level C2
Be able to use project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.)
Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (such as PowerPoint, Excel, ...).
Knowledge of ITIL.
Very good knowledge of the terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.G. Prince-2, PMI, PMBOK, ...), preferably demonstrated by certification. Be able to transfer expert knowledge in the field
