Understanding your customers is key to ensure meaningful customer interactions, improve product performance and drive business' growth. As the data revolution continues in full force, companies across different industries are focusing on leveraging the value of their (customer) data. We are looking for a customer intelligence manager to help these companies achieve impactful results (and automations).

Unlocking customer value is what excites you, and you are comfortable taking this conversation to C-level, Marketing Managers and the hands-on experts. In these discussions you are able to grasp the client's challenges, propose meaningful way forward and lead the team to achieve this.

Simultaneously, you take a leading role in growing and developing our internal teams. In summary, you will act as one of Datashift's leading faces towards our (potential) client network and internal teams.


Your qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in the field of data, ideally with commercial responsibilities;
Solid knowledge of customer intelligence / marketing automation topics;
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
Proven successin contributing to a team-oriented environment;
Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is considered as a big plus.
