Datashift - Ai Tech Lead

We are currently seeking a hands-on AI Tech Lead who will be Datashift's technical lead in the AI domain for our clients.

Your responsibilities

As an AI tech lead, you will:
Propose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients;
Develop a comprehensive architectural roadmap tailored to each client's needs;
Navigate beyond Proof of Concept stages to ensure smooth productization;
Get your handsdirty when needed;
Provide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth;
Stay up to date with latest technologies;
Offer technical direction and establish best practices.

Your qualifications
At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple AI and Machine Learning projects in production;
Profound expertise in architecting, deploying and optimizing cloud-based AI solutions at scale;
Proficient in software development best practices (Python);
Practical knowledge of MLOps principles;
Experience with one, preferably multiple cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google);
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
Proven successin contributing to a team-oriented environment;
Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or French is considered as a big plus.
