Join Capgemini as an HCM SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help businesses optimize their human capital management processes through end-to-end implementation of the Compensation module.

Core responsibilities
Preparation:
gather requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate SuccessFactors, present the overall solution during workshops with the client
Realization:
guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in SuccessFactors and execute testing together with the client
Training:
help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material
Deploy:
build a long-term sustainable relationship with the client

Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Compensation (end-to-end) project experience
A certificate of SAP SuccessFactors in Compensation and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a big plus
A collaborative spirit &
customer-oriented attitude
Result-driven &
focused on delivering quality
A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
