Job description As aBusiness Analyst, you will be in charge of the following:

• Youidentify, analyze and challengeusers in order to create or improve business processes or tools in line with the priorities and business strategy.
• You are the contact person betweenbusiness, project and IT("
  Proxy"
  ) in order to ensure mutual understanding and optimize collaboration.
• As a functional analyst, youtranslatebusinessneeds intoITlanguage and vice-versa.
• You build functionalspecificationsofmethods, processes and techniquesof the proposed solution.
• Yousupportthe Project Manager withproject implementation.
• You ensure optimal follow up on the evolution of the implemented solution in order to maintainefficiency and coherency.

Profile

• You have by preference amaster’s degreeor equivalent by experience.
• You have between 3- and 10-years’ experience as abusiness and/or functional analyst.
• You have a good functional understanding ofIT processes, and are able to translate these intobusiness language, and vice versa.
• You areorganized, structuredand are able to set the rightprioritiesat the right time.
• You have goodcommunication skillsand are used to frequently being in contact with your differentstakeholders.
• You do not need to have experience in thesustainability, human rights or environment sector. However, a demonstrated interest in this subject matter is mandatory – our work affects large numbers of workers in developing countries and must be approached with their needs as a priority.
• You have a perfect knowledge ofEnglish, both written and spoken.
