What's In A Workday
Processing tickets:
on-boarding people, assigning rights or applications, solving software &
PC related problems
2L support takes over if incidents are not immediately resolved by 1L support
ICT knowledge (AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune), Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender), Networking
Creating a bridge between Level 1 and Level 3 support
If necessary, engage external support (e.G. from software or Hardware manufacturers= 3L)
Creating and editing KB (knowledge base) procedures, KBs with known problems (for use 1L support)
2L support addresses issues for root causes:
once root cause of an issue has been identified, care must be taken to resolve the issue causing the incident

Your Hardware
You have several years of experience as a Support Engineer and have worked with SD Tools
Experience with ITIL (and willing to obtain certification within 6 months)
You have a good knowledge of Office, Windows OS and Windows Server
Windows X (equivalent certificate MD-101)
MS365 holds few or no secrets for you
You are not afraid of carrying out repairs on site thanks to your basic knowledge of Hardware
You are fluent in NL - ENG - FR and have a driving licence B
