Account Manager - Manufacturing - Belgium

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding clients' portfolio and managing existing accounts in Belgium. Our client is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions for the food industry, dedicated to ensuring the freshness, safety, and convenience of food products. With a strong focus on sustainability and technological advancement, they strive to exceed the expectations of their clients while contributing positively to the environment and society. As Account Manager, your main will be to Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives within the Belgian market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and address any concerns. Collaborate with internal technical teams to oversee the development and delivery of projects for clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in a professional manner. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly The successful candidate will have the following qualities Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector. Experience in the agro-food industry would be a significant advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
